Hungry in the evening – healthy in the morning

I decided to visit a doctor, because there were painful colic in my stomach with any food intake. Abdominal fullness in the morning and no any wish to work. Moreover this constant eructation and sickness. Doctors made ultrasonic scanning to examine my stomach. The diagnosis was strange and obscure. Doctor prescribed tablets and gel for a stomach - accept under the schedule and keep a diet. Fat, peppered, salty, fried, preserved food was strictly prohibited!
It was very difficult to accept and keep that diet, and once I gave up, I took some fried meat for a supper, and in the morning - again an attack.
Medicines didn’t work, and I began to think that it’s a cancer! These thoughts only added pains, my state only worsened, and I was nervous even more. Then my wife began to boil me medicinal herbs - valerian, Leonurus(motherwort), something else. My state improved. I began to sleep better. After this my wife advised me to visit my old friend who was a physician in a very prestigious medical center and to find out the reason of my pains and ill-being. After simple tests he explained that my bile-excreting paths, liver and a pancreas worked badly, gall got into my stomach and corroded mucous coat, that leaded to gastritis.
And my friend has explained: when a person is nervous, he breathes roughly, and because of it there are different failures in our organism. And as it turns out I and probably we all have nervous conditions in our every day life! That’s why the right breathing is so important for our health!
He also guessed that after work before sleep I have got used to eat plenty of food. All this was the reason of the problem with my digestive system. Usually we simply do not know how our organism works and ignore simple rules.
After I tried my friend’s advice in practice I learned that right breathing and correct dietary habits can not only cure pains and illnesses but also can change our attitude to life and probably can rejuvenate our organism and prolong life.
From that moment I never eat a lot in the evening, and never take meal after 9 p.m. even if I missed my supper I am not disappointed, it is better to have filling breakfast in the morning!
As for breathing I found very interesting method of endogenous breathing that really helps to make our organism healthy!
I forgot about my gastritis, my blood pressure became to norm, I get enough sleep and my professional working skills became better. I really feel my self better and even my sexual life is improved, my wife is very satisfied!
All this helps me to live without any tablets feel myself absolutely healthy!
So if you feel yourself ill, before starting taking pills and drugs, try to find out what is the real problem, and simply help your organism to work correctly.
