Hungry in the evening – healthy in the morning!

"I decided to visit a doctor, because there were painful colic in my stomach with any food intake. Abdominal fullness in the morning and no any wish to work. Moreover this constant eructation and sickness. Doctors made ultrasonic scanning to examine my stomach. The diagnosis was strange and obscure. Doctor prescribed tablets and gel for a stomach - accept under the schedule and keep a diet. Fat, peppered, salty, fried, preserved food was strictly prohibited! "

FLU – SIMPLE PROPHYLAXIS

"If you have caught cold, take a hot salt feet-bath before sleep. Put your feet into the hot water and add handful of salt. Do not put much salt into the water, the handful will be enough.  Keep your feet in the hot salt water strictly for 10 - 12 minutes, not more! This is because salt absorbs your illness through your feet and after 15 minutes of keeping inverse process starts."

GARLIC AGAINST FLU – SUPREME FOLK REMEDY

"I haven’t been ill since 1981! In 1981 I started to apply very simple and cheap method helped me to be protected from catarrhal illnesses to this very day! I take one garlic clove, cut it into very small pieces and put it into some small box. Leaving on street, I open the small box, smell the garlic, close the box and put in my pocket. Before taking public transport, in the underground, before shopping - in general, everywhere, where it is a lot of people, - I smell garlic! I use garlic, while it becomes green, after it I simply cut the new garlic clove."
